The Cyber Resilience Workforce of The Future

Steve Hill, who previously held the position of Group CISO at Credit Suisse, contributed to the UK National Preparedness Commission and discussed the enhancement of cybersecurity and resilience teams through the integration of AI-driven non-human agents:

"The longstanding global cybersecurity skills gap continues to constrain the industry’s ability to keep up with the scale of the incoming threat... We need a new approach. The single most significant new element in addressing this challenge is the rapid development of agentic generative AI models. Taking AI to the logical conclusion, we arrive at the concept of hybrid teams—comprising both humans and digital employees."
